Construction
Better built boats for the best experience on water.
VEC® hulls
Welcome to the world’s only VEC® boat manufacturing plant.
VEC (Virtual Engineered Composites) is a fiberglass molding process used to build boats today. Little Falls, Minnesota is home to the world’s only VEC boat manufacturing plant and Larson is among an elite group of manufacturers to utilize this state-of-the-art technology.
Better performance.
The precision of the VEC process enhances the consistency of the running surface and hull weight for optimal performance and fuel efficiency. The boat feels exceptionally solid in rough water, so handling stays true. Vibration and rattles are virtually eliminated for a smooth, quiet ride. And since the boat is manufactured with precision, other parts, like interior components and windshields, can be made with tighter tolerances for a great fit and long-lasting durability.
Better value.
We offer you a lifetime limited warranty on our boat hulls manufactured with VEC. And it’s transferrable to a second owner, which has been shown to often increase resale value.

Duo Delta Conic hulls
Superior efficiency and impressive performance.
This advanced hull design offer boaters an exhilarating performance that’s second to none. A notched running surface creates a wave of water pressure under the aft hull section to lift the transom on acceleration, so you plane faster. At speed, the hull is supported at two smaller points—the notch and transom—allowing the hull to glide over water efficiently. You get a high top speed, excellent stability at low speed, enhanced range and great fuel economy.
Quality at every turn
Larson has always been a leading innovator in the boating industry. We embrace the future and utilize the most advanced technologies and methods available, such as CAD-CAM Design Software, FEA Simulated Design, KAIZAN Lean Manufacturing, Key Performance Indicator and Quality at the Source practices.
Larson meets or exceeds the quality standards of the following organizations:
NMMA (National Marine Manufacturer's Association), ABYC (American Boat and Yacht Council), All cruisers are Yacht Certified (Double hose clamps, bronze/chrome thru-hull fittings, Gel-filled wire connectors, breakers - not fuses), USCG (United States Coast Guard), CCG (Canadian Coast Guard), CE Certified (An international certification for many countries around the world).
